If you’ve looked at the “Who We Are” page, you’ve already seen that we have sought put in place a ministry that enables us to come together as singles and build each up other in Christ. When we meet, we have a specific format.

First: We begin with a time of worship and music. We spend about 20 minutes praising the Lord. Our worship is not complex but it’s from the heart. Good voices are not necessary!

Second: We open God’s word for a time of teaching. The lessons are about 20 minutes long and topics ranges from very practical matters such as relationship development, to biblical themes like working through Galatians, to soul-nourishing studies on what Christianity is all about, to spirit-lifting exhortations to pursue Christ above all else.

Third: We break out into informal discussion groups. This is a chance for us to get to know one another around the topic/passage that was just taught. There’s a leader to guide the conversation, however our time is relaxed and edifying.

Fourth: We end with refreshments and fellowship. There’s always lots of people to meet and we expect that often groups will gather afterwards for fellowship in local restaurants or over at the boardwalk.
